What food start with?

FOODS from 9 months to 12 months:
This is the period when the child begins to realize that as a member of the family. Like other people, we can provide food three times a day and fruit juices added with water three times in equal intervals. We can provide lots of cheese, fish, mutton and curd. Despite giving biscuits, we can bring pieces of fruit to eat. If vegetarian we can provide sufficient Dhal were children need plenty of vitamin C for their growth.
FOOD after one year:
This is the period when children play with complete freedom and begin to consume larger quantities of food on their own. In this period we have to give foods contain fiber quality, and we need to give at least 350ml of milk. Rather than give the same kind of food we can offer different varieties to avoid junk food. We can provide small and medium-sized fish without bones. We should not give tea or coffee, because a certain drug in affecting children's health.
