Simple Tips to avoid Wrinkles



Although it is impossible to prevent wrinkles your life the natural way, it is possible to remain wrinkle-free for a long time. Here are some simple steps that will help slow visible signs of aging: 
    
1 - Eat healthy. Includes all food groups and avoid added sugar and refined flour.



2 - Eat fresh. Fresh foods have more nutrients and is delicious.



3 - Do not worry, be happy. Stress and grief ages you.



4 - Wear sunscreen. And avoid the sun during peak hours. Strong sunlight can have major damage to the skin. But you need a little sunshine for your body to its own vitamin D. That is why, take a mild sunbath preferably in the morning, or when it is convenient for you. If you are in a sunny, warm room and have a long commute, polarize your windows reduce sun. Use sunglasses. This protects your eyes and prevent wrinkles between them.



5 - No straw. Dr. Brandt (the creator of the famous cosmetics line) told Allure Magazine that the use of straw for drinking water also can cause wrinkles around the mouth. Therefore sip directly from the bottle or glass.



6 - sleep on their backs. Pressure on your face at night has a negative effect. Some models sofa with silk cushions to prevent severe wrinkles (cotton pads) to touch their skin.



7 - Keep your weight steady. Weight fluctuations of more than 15 pounds will cause your skin to lose its elasticity and will result in wrinkles.
