All the ways to brew tea

Not so long ago, We drove down Fairview Street in Boise, Idaho called Brew Awakening. What a great name for a cafe! Recently we found this retail space empty. It resembles someone else's dream is not realized. Even if you have the advantage of the busy street, no cars are not always stop. Morning commuters going faster than 35 km / h do not normally stop for products or services. It is possible that the owner has moved to a new location.

Here I try to give you some simple guidelines to brew a perfect cup tea. The way to a perfect cup of tea is as deep as the history of tea. The whole process of brewing tea reminds us to be aware of what we do. It keeps us being in the moment and pay attention to the details of the three elements: the temperature, brewing time and earn traditions. The steps are as important as they drink itself. The Japanese tea ceremony is the formal service, where all the moves have a purpose. Like mediation, the process slows down the mind and gives Wisdoms to get through.

Kung Fu tea, a Chinese tradition that includes reflective spirit, the labeling and the skills to do, and pouring tea. Kung Fu tea tradition is not to crush the thirst, but to experience the tea through taste. The fragrance and flavor of tea is included in the clay teapot. Its best to be needed Gongfu tea. Clay tea pots absorb the smell of tea. Over time, the aging of the teapot has the aroma of tea.

In modern days, are the general guidelines 2 to 5 minutes to maceration black tea. For the best Oolong tea, steep it for 5 to 8 minutes. The best water temperature is 180-190. Green tea takes about 2-4 minutes at 160 to 170 degree water. White Tea Steep for 4 to 6 minutes at 180 degrees temperature. The second pot of tea will take twice as long to infuse. Steep time Rooibos and other herbal teas vary, but most of them need to steep 5 minutes or more. Change these steps to your own taste.

Whichever method or tools you use, be in the process and enjoy the experience. Make it your time to have a brew awakening.
