Chai Recipes

Like Europe and India culture, Americans are catching on with Chai, a creamy tea with many spices. Originate from India, is the main ingredient is black tea, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, ginger powder, and black pepper. Add sugar and milk of your choice before serving.

There are countless ways to do this tea. With different tea choices today, this drink is now decaffeinated using Rooibos Breakfast blend. Black or decaffeinated tea cultivation has changed over years. Darjeeling, Northeastern India produce the best tea. Due to good growing conditions, harvest teas from Darjeeling can stand on its own without any added ingredients.

Other chain I've seen in the market is Pumpkin Spice Chai and Green Tea Chai. When added Chai Latte, it refers to tea with milk or cream. Latte is an Italian word to describe a drink made with steamed milk. Chai tea can make a good dessert. Here is a recipe you can try. Do you like this Chai Spiced Tiramisu? Let us know.
