This book is exactly what it says it's exquisite wines Made Easy. Scott Young has been making wine home as simple and error free as possible. By following his instructions, you should be able to have great tasting wine on your endeavor. 

Scott Young positively knows what he is talking about and it is clear that after having examined the first part of this informative guide. Delicious Wine Made Easy is organized into 15 lessons, which are incredibly well written and composed. 

Lessons one, two and three, located in the first section contains important information about products, materials and ingredients needed to produce wine. It contains advice on topics such as: 

• How to prepare, ferment and store your wine. 
• Collecting the necessary equipment. 
• Setting aside time for this project. 
• sanitizing your equipment. 
• Comfortable preparation area. 
• Counter space for equipment. 
• Following directions exactly. 
• Keep a clean workspace 
• Two points to achieve the perfect party wine. 

Each lesson takes you through step by step process with three lesson contains thoughts and ideas to buy the perfect wine to make elements of the flavor of wine you want. 

Reading each chapter carefully is crucial to end up with a big bottle of homemade wine. When you finish the fermentation and bottling, and have shared your wine with your friends, you will quickly start your next batch. In the last three chapters Scott gives opportunities to raise the bar on your next winemaking trials. 

You will not want to miss the information contained in the appendix. There are ideas for wine tasting parties with the score sheets and "how" for rating wines. 

Scott Young's book "Delicious Wine Made Easy" is something any potential fruit producer must have in their library. Scott can now add to his title of "producer" title "writer" and "teacher".
