The History of Web Video

Marketing on websites over the last few years have become more powerful and efficient than on television. Using web videos make the audience stay on site for longer than they would normally. Have a live image on a website instead of text, is far more efficient, and the company will get their product brand. In 2008 the Internet went past in the form of television advertising. Marketers see how more people were using the Internet for information and they wanted to get their products on these popular sites. Websites are mostly using a video presenters to keep the audience interested, so they would not click directly from the website. Online presenter may only last about a minute, but it is one minute longer than they normally would and ore time for browsers to label goods.

The Internet has grown rapidly over the years because you can get instant information about a subject.  Advertisers targeting the kinds of sites because the n-users will spend a greater amount of time on the website. Ads are placed alongside the video, just click prices. Even advertising would relate to the topic users read on, for example if we tried soccer ads to do with football as tickets and equipment could be demonstrated. video e-mails have already started to happen as a way to increase click through.

Also trading is common on the Internet where you click on a site, and it takes you to another site. Things like this get annoying on the internet, but it is what it is, just a massive way of revenue to get their products out there for people.

Facebook has become one of the most popular social networking sites out there and do a lot of money from advertisers. The marketers know that most people who use Facebook are teenagers and young adults, so they know things like this to advertise on there. Also on people's home page they advertise products that relate to people, interest and personality.
