How to buy a Trading Course

If you are starting or are already in the process of learning to act, or day trading, you may already have been searching the Internet using Google or Yahoo for day trading training training, tools, software or seminars, and have found that there is a lot on offer.

For example, "commercial course" brings 758,000 pages in Google and "trading seminar" second 109,000 pages, the question is, what should you be looking for when choosing a trading course or seminar. In this article I will highlight some of the things to check before you spend your hard earned money on your trading education.

1. If purchasing a live trading seminar, check carefully where the location will be, you have fully priced too expensive to travel, hotels, meals and car rentals?, It may be much more than you expect.

2. What is the return policy, this can vary widely between commercial training companies, some you only have a 3 day cooling off period, while for others, you can have up to 12 noon or end of 1st days to request a refund if you decide this was not right for you.

3. For a live seminar, you are also given DVD of the same or similar content?, Live seminars often fail to cover all the vital information that is involved in day trading. Have a set of DVD allows you to review the content again and again at home until you get it. Beware that some companies will charge you extra for the DVD, although you have already paid for a live trading seminar.

4. Check the Internet for feedback on business and trade seminars. Use keywords like "business name or business name audit scam". Often, reviews are posted in trade fora, these can be found by searching for words such as "Business Forum".

5. A leader of the time trying to find out exactly who will present the seminar. The last thing you want is a professional "teacher" to present a seminar on trade, what you want is a "person" who makes his living from trading, and only have a couple of seminars a month out of interest and personal reasons, not because they need the money.

6. If you buy an online day trading and investment courses, where content is 100% available on the Internet, you should get at least a 30-day 100% cash back guarantee if not gone.

7. If you buy a course or trade seminar DVD and manuals will be sent to your house, again, you expect a 30-day 100% money back return policy, less shipping and handling, again, if not stay away.

8. It is very likely that you have questions after watching either live or online course or watching DVD's, so make sure you will be able to ask questions and get them answered, either in one or in a forum setting.

9. Last but certainly not least, before you buy make a lot of window shopping. The price trading seminars, either equities, options, Forex or futures contracts vary widely from one e-book at over K for a comprehensive set of training. You may be able to find the same level of education is much cheaper at another firm.

Also be aware that day trading training seminar and companies are always running specials and offer discounts before you buy Internet search carefully for any agreements, and also call the company directly and ask for a low price guarantee. Make sure you pay the lowest price possible for the course or seminar before you commit to it.
