In terms of basic description, Johnny Saturn is both a web comic and a superhero and fantasy book, but nonetheless, many readers see it as a mere allegory for the strenuous efforts of a common man makes in his way to find justice. On top of all these, we could also find a deeper philosophy whereby good can be achieved through good works.

Johnny Saturn is an average person faces the evil Dr. Synn and his fields. We will not consider Johnny Saturn a real hero because he lacks the competence and the personal history that would make him: he is an ordinary guy caught inuncommon circumstances, who should do what he has to do. As the story in the comic moves, get Johnny Saturn to other inspiring life levels: he becomes a savior or even a leader.

The creators of Johnny Saturn comic achieved something more than fame and success in their ongoing story of the character. Mondays and Wednesdays are usually the days when the story of Johnny Saturn is told on. It's been four years since the release of the strip, and it still enjoys a growing success, as several thousand visitors read the adventures of Johnny Saturn day.

Johnny Saturn swarms with the concepts, issues and taboos in our society: we are faced with major depressive signs, suicidal thoughts and behavior and angry masses of people in emotional pain, not to mention the fact that drug abuse is also addressed in relation to the subject. Although the political struggles come to underlie the story of Johnny Saturn, but the advantage here is that a comic book gives enough room for allegories without pointing the finger directly at the people and events from real life.
