Staying at Lake Geneva Bed and Breakfast is like coming home

The Europeans were the first to open their homes to visitors traveling to a bed and a meal - usually breakfast. The bed and breakfasts began establishing the reputation that will bring more visitors to their doors, and were famous for their homey hospitality. Lake Geneva bed and breakfast establishments follow the same tradition of being warm, sympathetic, and has a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere.

If you have never stayed at a B & B, you will be amazed at the special touches that are unique to each. In Lake Geneva you will find B & B's with specialties such as different themes for each room, fireplaces and whirlpool tubs. Some specialize in their tasty breakfast, others in the pampering you get with champagne and strawberries and tasty chocolate meltaways.

Bed & Breakfast is small - only a few guests at a time - and you get to know the owners (and their families at times) on a personal basis. You feel that you have new friends! Lake Geneva is known for its diversity of activities year round. There are many things to see and do in town or in the surrounding area. Of course the lake is the main attraction, and water activities that go along with it. There are museums, art galleries, festivals, and hiking and biking. Viewing the famous housing is a must during a visit to the area.

But if you want solitude with your best friend, a Lake Geneva bed and breakfast is the best way to spend your time together. After a day wandering around town, washes up the beautiful scenery, or playing hard on your favorite activity, returning to your bed and breakfast is just as welcoming as coming home.
