A car bomb has gone off in the Spanish city of Bilbao, in the Basque region.
Police sources say a body was found in the vehicle, which was in a car park in the city's Della
Pina district.
It is not known who carried out the attack, but the Basque separatist organisation Eta has been
blamed for previous incidents.
Eta's violent four-decade campaign for a sovereign Basque state has cost more than 800 lives.
The group called off a ceasefire in June 2007.
The Spanish government had already declared the peace process "finished" after a bomb blast by
Eta killed two Ecuadorean men at a Madrid airport car park in December 2006.
