July 16 Gaganjeet Bhullar overcame a nervy start to his Major debut before
matching Tiger Woods with an identical one-over 71 in the opening round of
the British Open golf tournament here today.
Lone Indian in the fray after compatriot Jeev Milkha Singh pulled out with a
lingering rib injury, Bhullar was in for some early jitters at the picturesque
Ailsa course but the youngster showed remarkable resilience to clamber of
the out hole.
