Banana - The all time favorite and affordable fruit



Bananas have been the all-time favorite and perennial fruit for hundreds of years now. Bananas have many medicinal properties in it. This fruit is affordable for everyone and is available in plenty in India. There is plenty of variety available in India, not only in India, is available worldwide. Usually, bananas are good diets for all kinds of people, it contains many medicinal components, and this is the best way to avoid constipation.



Banana is rich in fiber content, and also contains natural sugars as sucrose, fructose and glucose. Research has shown that just two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90 minute workout. There is no doubt that bananas are the best diet for all athletes, not just a sportsman. It is a healthy food for all. It can also help overcome or prevent a variety of diseases and conditions, which makes it a must to add to our daily diet.
