Grand Master Bill Gates

Bill Gates. Maybe everyone knows this person very well today. No proper words to describe him, in my dictionary. For me and most of us, he is a great living legend who may have magical wonders of the software industry and also for humanity. When the sun came down in the west, 27 July 2008, a page turned down in history. Gates, as per planned in advance, retreated from a majestic Microsoft, which he founded with his friend Paul Allen, who made him perhaps an undisputed king of all times in the history of Computer Science and Engineering. A large dominant era in the software industry has come to an end.

Well, from being dropped out of university, had Bill Gates about a dozen of luck, and difficult task ahead of him, which made him a good businessman and the world's richest man, as he himself was never intended to be, as you know It is rather difficult for a man to crawl into his career, after being branded as a drop off. How he achieved it, there is a long history of interesting history. Let us start our most majestic journey into the great career, Sir. Bill Gates.

Bill Gates early childhood:

William Henry Gates III was born on 28 October 1955 for one lucky couple, William H Gates Sr and Marry Well Max Gates, in Seattle, Washington. No one predicted that the newborn boy would be the world's richest person, one day. His father was a lawyer by profession and mother served on the board of First Interstate BancSystem and united way. Gates has been a big sister named Kristi Anne and a younger sister, Libby. Earlier in his life, Gates parents had a legal career in mind for him. But the dream went to the sideline when he was in 8th class.

Bill Gates Education:

At the age of 13, Bill attends Lakeside School, a mere preparatory school, said to be a turning point. It all began to create a new page in history when mothers' club at the school used funds arose out of the profits from the sale of some different things together in the club, to buy an ASR-33 teletype terminal and also a block of General El-computers for students. Gates developed a special interest in the GE computer terminal and began to teach and develop programs using the programming language BASIC. He was not obliged to participate in Math's classes while doing it. He developed his first major program on its own, which is an implementation of the game is known as tic-tac-toe. This is perhaps a turning point in his career. Indeed, Gates was always thinking about how the machine can carry out its program without any problems. I think as a professional programmer who also is a way, helped Gates to understand computer programming better.

About the first foundation stone for a large distinguished career:
Gates got a chance to work in the Computer Center Corporation (CCC), together with three other Lakeside students banned by the same CCC this summer after it caught them explore and abused the errors found in the CCC's operating system after the ban was lifted. The four students were even Gates, Paul Allen, Ric Weiland, and Kent Evans. The four offered to debug CCC's software in exchange for free computer time. Instead of using the system via teletype, Gates went in person knowingly to CCC's offices and studied source code for various source codes that were kept in their offices, which included Fortran, LISP, and finally machine language. This event went until 1970, when CCC breathe on their business. The next year yet, Information Sciences Inc. hired the four students to write programs in COBOL Payroll and give them the computer and royalties. After administrators came to know the abilities, Gates was made to write the school's computer program to schedule students into classes. To surprise them, Gates later modified code, so he was placed in classes with most female students!

Comes in contact with Paul Allen ...

17-year-old, served as a port stop Paul Allen, to make traffic counters which were based on the Intel 8088 processor, a project called Traf-O-Data. This year, earned $ 20,000. Activity slowed by Gate adolescents under age. At the age of 18 in 1973, got Gates graduated from Lakeside School, where he scored 1590 out of 1600, and the standardized test for college admissions in the entire United States

Harvard students to the Microsoft chairman ...

In autumn 1973 admission Gates at Harvard University. It was he who met his future partner Steve Ballmer, here. He also met many wonderful people here, including computer scientists of that time, with whom he worked with various algorithms. But he had a problem, which in turn produced one of the biggest business men in the world. Gates did not have a specific study plan, which prompted him to go on leave from 1975 on. But at his mercy, had processor manufacturer Intel released Intel 8088 CPU. It was his luck, and he realized that it was the first computer chip that can run BASIC and could be affordable to run inside a personal computer. The cost of the chip was about $ 200 at the time. He realized the advantageous position, he served at the time that many of us go out for fear of heavy losses, and began to share his plans with his parents and decided to start a business with the right spirit, with Paul Allen.

Facts about Bill Gates:

It was, after reading the January 1975 issue of Popular Electronics, Gates got a clear vision of what he will do in the future. The magazine showed Altair 8800 on this issue. Gates contacted the creators of Altair, the Mits says that he and others working on a BASIC interpreter for the same platform. Indeed, Bill Gates and Allen did not prepare anything for the same or had Altair with them. They were just measuring Mitt's interests. They were surprised when Mits president Ed Roberts agreed to meet with them for a demo. Then immediately started working on the project and within a couple of weeks, they are designed and developed Altair emulator that ran on mini-computer and of course the BASIC interpreter. The decisive demonstration of the project was held, and it met all including Mits president resulted in an agreement with the Mits to distribute the product as Altair BASIC. It also opened a big door for Bill Gates to become a millionaire by the 1990s and 2000s. Paul Allen got absorbed in the Mits. Bill went on leave from Harvard University, and joined Paul Allen at Mits in Albuquerque during November 1975. They later named their partnership as "Micro-Soft" and worked together. A year later, they registered the trade name "Microsoft" (without the hyphen), with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Thus a new era was born.

Starting five years of Microsoft:

Microsoft's continued sale of the BASIC interpreter, which was popular interpreter of all times now. Microsoft continued to develop programs, even after it has departed ways with the Mits. The company moved its offices from Albuquerque to Bellevue, Washington in January 1979 for an extension. In those days, had all staff are responsible for the company's business strategies. Gates continued to develop rules for different projects and personally reviewed every line of code that was sent to its customers and often rewrote the part of the code, which was largely of problems.

From basic to Operating System Development:

Actually, it was a turning point in Bill Gate's history when the computer manufacturer, IBM approached Microsoft to produce a version of BASIC for the upcoming personal computer, IBM PC. They were impressed by the results of Microsoft. So, they approached Microsoft to develop OS. Upon receipt of bids has Bill Gates the idea for the development of 86-DOS (QDOS). Microsoft made a deal with Seattle Computer Products (SCP) to develop the QDOS which corresponded to the SCP's CP / M. The development and maintenance of CP / M operating system, Microsoft delivered it to IBM as PC-DOS in exchange for one time fees of $ 80,000. Gates held the copyright to PC-DOS with permission from IBM. Later, Microsoft again modified source code for PC-DOS and released MS-DOS, which has had great success, than PC-DOS and MS-DOS development cycle went up to her version 6.22.

Gates open windows ... from MS-DOS to MS-Windows ... It's really amazing ..
Gates was really glad to see the success of MS-DOS. He continued with the release of its improved versions. I think that Bill Gates had a vision of GUI OS in his mind, and that is what made him one of the largest ever billionaire, not only in the U.S. but also worldwide. In the latter part of 1985 saw the gates as people wanted new set of easily accessible tools to spread the use of computers and Microsoft has released its first ever retail version of Windows to its users. Subsequently, the company has stuck an agreement with IBM to develop a separate GUI operating system called OS / 2, although Microsoft began developing OS / 2 project, some creative differences terminated partnership.

After that Microsoft developed and released the newer versions of Windows, including the 3.1 was very successful. Because of this, Microsoft developed a new operating system itself, which was based on MS-DOS platform, Windows 95, Windows 95 had an attractive desktop GUI at this time. People were more attracted to it. Even though I was more attracted to the design of Windows 95 during 1998, improved Windows 95 and Windows 98, he released began to be figured in the Forbes world's richest people during that time and were number one during 1995, until 2008. Oh ... 13 years ... It is truly amazing run ...

Apart from client sided operating systems, Microsoft has released many versions of the server-sided operating systems. Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows 2008 Server, is server-sided operating systems, the company has released so far.

Apart from windows, what?

Apart from Windows operating systems, the company has developed many systems and Office, database and game programs. Microsoft developed MS-Office, which has grown to Office 2007 now. The relational database management system, SQL Server is a significant competitor to Oracle.  Our beloved Gates ... Is it a big fall or just a little glitch that you've received? Mr. Gates ..

After the release of Windows 98, Windows ME was made available to users. Microsoft was still very popular at this time. But it got name and fame and popularity began to fall, when Microsoft released stronger and tougher operating system, Windows XP, which I believe it. Maybe this operating system reduced popularity and reputation in the company of his so-called Genuine Advantage program that so many computer specialists believe. Microsoft now has struggled to sell the less popular the latest Windows version, Windows Vista, as many older programs will not run at all. Some units will not be detected at all in it.
