Road to Beauty

Beauty is not always about how you look, what you wear or how you smell. In spite of society's current emphasis on what looks good, hip or cool, beauty that puts so much stock in the natural and only takes into account these small things are at best superficial.

What counts as absolutely true, true beauty is not judged on how the palette you used in your makeup matches your skin tone or if the clothes you wear flatters your figure, or if your hair is nice and trendy. These are only our feathers, they make us look beautiful, but not entirely so. Physical beauty fades. We eat everything we want, we can postpone aging for as much as we can, but it is a fact, like a flower past its standard, which slowly disappears, go natural beauty of its full bloom, and slowly disappears.

What counts for true beauty is what you are inside, the peace and tranquility, as you hold inside your heart. Have peace in your heart is not just some new-fangled new age stuff. It has benefits for both your body and your mind.

Having inner peace and tranquility reduces the amount of stress you're experiencing and strengthens your thoughts and your personality to take more challenges and handle them more firmly and without hesitation, as they come. We all know the benefits of living a stress-free life. If our bodies experience as little stress as possible, it makes us less susceptible to diseases such as respiratory infections, digestive problems, and even all forms of cancer. Stress, of course, weakens our immune system, and it is our immune system that keeps the disease-causing bacteria and microbes in check. Living a stress-free life drive the disease away.

The more obvious benefits of having inner peace and peace in our hearts and minds is that the quiet, we have within us radiates outward. It makes us warm, it makes our skin glow brilliant and it makes us smile. More importantly, it makes us look younger.
Another thing to achieve inner peace is that you do not have to spend money to be able to get it. How much can we spend on new clothes each year? How much we spend on makeup, skin care and cosmetics? How much does cosmetic surgery cost today? Achieve inner peace and tranquility does not cost money, only time.

Unfortunately, our lives can not afford much time for the simple rituals needed to achieve inner peace and tranquility. All of us are always busy rushing from job to job, struggling to fill our roles as wives, mothers, sisters, daughters, career women, and whatever role we must fill our lives. There are so many things to do, and yet so little time to do it.

But rituals are necessary to achieve inner peace and tranquility is so simple and does not take much time. It can be as simple as taking a walk with yourself at the same time each day, leaving everything behind and concentrate on taking in the sights, sounds and smells you encounter when you make your trips. Or it may be as simple as closing your eyes for five minutes each day on the same day, not to take a power nap, but empty your brain out in a short time, just to give your brain a break.

Get inner beauty and tranquility is not a quick solution, but it is not hard to do. All it requires is a desire to introduce some time to yourself and to connect your say everything that is around you. The benefits are so great, much more advantageous than a constant diet or have Botox for your skin. Be beautiful, not only on the outside but also inside.
