Italian culture is one where the rich culture and history in the world. One can trace the roots of Italian culture to the Roman ruins and descent. Culture and history can also be tasted in Italian food.

Dessert can be Formaggio e frutta (cheese and fruit) or dolce (cakes and cookies). Coffee is also offered at each meal. While digestion or liqueurs are also offered after the meal.

• Spaghetteria - originating in Naples , offers pasta dishes and other main dishes.
• Tavola Calda - literally "hot table", offers pre-made regional dishes ordered from a queue, often served on a tray.
• Trattoria - A dining establishment often family run with inexpensive prices and an informal atmosphere.
