How to Train pigeons

Good training in young birds, I have found is essential to give them the best chance to win especially the first few races.

By raising your kids as close to the first race points as possible, you will increase your chances of winning and you should not worry whether they will make the distance even as close to 1 week before the race.

In my experience, the first couple of young bird racing is more about the birds that know their way home instead of fitness and health (although obviously very important). If a young bird that has actually been to, or been close to the first race point it will inevitably set off quickly and avoid the package because of the confidence it has.

In the first couple of young bird races are generally many birds in, which has not had the necessary amount of training that can disturb the package creates confusion has arisen many birds off in the wrong direction. So obviously as a part of your training program Make sure that the birds have already made the distance and know the area.

Of race 3 or 4, most of the birds came to have driven past and have the necessary experience to make it more equal terms, but to win and definitely be competitive in the first race is not difficult if you invest effort in the all important training throws.
