Another popular red wineis the Cabernet Sauvignon that is hear silence than the Merlot, and also has some spice to it. It is a dryer red wines, which are sometimes offset the newer wine drinking. It is a wine that is typically served with red meat dishes, but usually red meat dishes, with no sauces or other accouterments for them.
