Now you just combine trout, celery, shallot, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, dill and pepper into a medium bowl, and then let the green lettuce and tomato on 2 plates and top with the trout salad. It is so easy, and now the salad is complete and ready to eat. 

Another great cooking for two recipes you can try is the chocolate fondue. This recipe is very easy to prepare, and everything you need is 3 ounce bittersweet chocolate chopped, 2 tablespoons heavy cream, 1 tablespoon brewed espresso, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, pinch of salt, 1 peeled banana and cut into 8 pieces, 8 1 -inch chunks of fresh pineapple, strawberries and 4. 

Now you simply place the chocolate, cream, espresso, vanilla and salt in a medium microwave-safe bowl, then microwave for a few minutes, stirring once or twice in between. Now you simply pour chocolate mixture into a bowl and serve with fruit.
