Method for serving Absinthe

Drip of Ice Cube with ice cold water or set pressure of the fountain. The sugar cube will slowly dissolve in water and Absinthe. 

Louch will drink when water is blended with Absinthe. The Louch effect caused by Absinthe, since it contains essential oils as wormwood, which is soluble in alcohol but not in water.

Stir to enjoy your Absinthe. 

3:1 and 5:1, the relationship between water to Absinthe 

An adaptation of the ritual method is to "glass in a glass." Place a small glass containing Absinthe in a larger glass and drips water into the little glass which then flows into the larger glass. Remove the small glass when it contains only water, and all Absinthe is in large glass.

Equipment of this method 

- Absinthe 

- A glass of Absinthe 

- An Absinthe spoon for serving absinthe 

A sugar cube 

Use a lighter or match 

Ice water for Louch 

Fill the glass with 25-50ml of Absinthe. 

Soak sugar cube in Absinthe and let it rest on the spoon. 

Absinthe is mixed with sugar cube. 

To Louch Absinthe ice water is added to it. 

The Absinthe bars in the Czech Republic this method has become very popular. Many Absinthe drinkers insult this method because it is not traditional.
