Mexican Peppers Make a Mexican Dish

Peppers are common in different regions, however, Mexico uses them more than any other country. Peppers have been popular for thousands of years in Mexico, and has been one of the main ingrediants in many meals. There are over a hundred different types of peppers grown in Mexico. Although a lot of people avoid peppers because of their strong heat when consumed, not every Chile is unbearable for many. 

Mexican pepper is known as a vegetable, but they are actually a fruit. They contain large amounts of vitamins and iron and fiber. There are many types of variations available. Since regions of Mexico differ, so is popular chili and Mexican food dishes. Popular Mexican Chile peppers come in many different colors, shapes and sizes. They also come in different levels of hotness. A good way to tell the strength of the heat is the amount of chili pepper. The smaller the pepper, the more will pack a punch of heat. Mexican Peppers are the main ingredients for salsa. Salsa will vary in hotness depending on the peppers used. Chile peppers can also be used as a meat rub to add flavor. 

With so many peppers to choose from, do some research before adding them to your meals. Some types of peppers include Jalapeno. They turn from green to dark purple, and finally to red when ripe. They are very hot and a good selection of Mexican spices salsa. They are the most famous pepper. Habanera peppers are the hottest of them all. They are orange in color, but looks like sweet green peppers, only smaller. They are also used in salsa. Poland peppers are the largest pepper used in Mexican food. They can be mild or hot and is often used in a sauce. Anchor peppers are dried Poland pepper. They are fitted with a mild flavor and are reddish brown in color. Anchor peppers are the most commonly used Chile peppers and commonly occurring in sauces. 

Another pepper that is found in Mexican cuisine is the Fresno pepper. It resembles a smaller version of a sweet green pepper. You can find them in guacamole and also dishes containing black beans. Chipotle peppers are another pepper in Mexico. It is gaining popularity in the U.S... It's actually Jalapeno pepper that is dried by being smoked. They add a smoky flavor to dishes. Another is the pepper Serrano. They are bright green in color with a very hot spicy flavor. They are often used in salsa. 

You can find dishes with various popular Mexican Chile such chi late. Chilate is a draft, which includes Chile pepper, chocolate and toasted grain with ground water. Other foods are chillies as nogada. It consists of green peppers that are stuffed and fried and covered with cream and pomegranate seeds. 

You will find many recipes that include popular Mexican chili. Remember that when handling and cutting peppers, use gloves because the heat from the peppers can bother your skin and throat.
