Belgian chocolate, we eat too much?

Belgian chocolate, we eat too much? Chocolate, especially dark chocolate is a great antioxidant. On the other hand, there is no doubt that it is very high in calories. It is also a great source of energy. The fact that it's great for our health and a high energy health food tells me that it is impossible to eat too much. Here are some reasons I believe that to be true. 
            

             We always here that everything in life needs to be done in moderation. Moderation is defined as freedom from surplus. The opposite of freedom from being free. So we can basically do whatever we want and as much as we want. Point number one is moderation is a personal choice. Actually the whole point of this story is to get people to make their own choices as to how much is too much. 

             Dark chocolate is good for us, and Belgian chocolates are the best. But the opposite of good is bad, really. The only bad by eating dark chocolate is concerned about people associate with eating too much. The one thing that takes the joy of life is concerned. Worry Stress and stress can lead to a heart attack or a stroke. Worry also causes people to be nervous. When people get nervous, they eat and eat more calories. Relax eat and enjoy the taste of chocolate, you will know when you have too much. Point number two, do not worry, you will not eat too much! 

             We do not want to do something that will make us gain weight. Even worse no one wants to be fat, Right. We think diet books and other weight loss programs that sell faster than Super Bowl tickets. The problem is not the metabolism of chocolate, we need to eat right and exercise. Dark chocolate gives us energy, which is what we should be able to exercise. Without energy, we can not even stand on our feet. Score number three it does not matter how many calories we consume. What matters is how many calories we burn off. A second reason we can not eat too much chocolate. 

               Now for the mental part of the chocolate. We do not want to go too deep into this because it is a whole story in itself. But is a fact that Belgian chocolate relaxes us and improves our mood. When our spirits are low we do nothing but sit around depressed. Depression allows us to sit around sorry for ourselves. Point Number four eating chocolate improves our disposal that improves our quality of life. Another reason we can not eat too much chocolate! 

               
               In conclusion, we eat too much Belgian chocolate? The way we look at it that the answer is no. We should use common sense, moderation, or what you would call it. It goes without saying something in this life. But the real point is that dark chocolate gives us the energy to exercise and play. The things that make life fun. Improves our mood, so we feel good about ourselves. With all this good how could we get fat? The truth is that we can not eat enough Belgian chocolate!
