Potato salad with garlic and yogurt - Fresh Summer Salad, perfect for a picnic or beach

Do you like potato salad? If it's "meh" to you that I have an understanding - as people who could, it is not so used to experiment with food. Why? I think because we want to "do the right thing." Get me? we so afraid of not actually do not even consider experimenting with food - and if we do, we quickly shoot the "adventurers" thought below. It may sound crazy to you, since so explicitly, but I'm sure you can see there is some truth in it (though not always at least at some point in your life, or for other people, you know).

So let's experiment! we will not teach "how" it's not needed - because you know what I mean experiments. You experience every time you change a bit in a recipe.

Now, with what we said into account, follow the recipe, I will give to you. Of course, the change you want to modify. You can not stop - just do not try is a failure. If you do not learn you never know what is tasty. Go!
For the dish, you need: Red potatoes - six medium potatoes

Green Onion - 2, chopped
Frozen peas - 1 cup
Celery - 1, thinly sliced
To dress you need: Mayonnaise - 1 / 4 cup
Yogurt - 1 / 4 cup
Garlic clove - 1, chopped
dill - 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
salt - 2 tablespoons

This dish is super easy to do and here are the instructions:

Begin cooking potatoes. Therefore, in boiling salted water. When they are done, the potatoes - after nearly a quarter of an hour - is added to the boiling water, peas and boil for several minutes.

Drain water and cool the potatoes. Now chop celery, onion - add both a large bowl. Also add both the peas and potatoes to the bowl.

Mix dressing and pour over the potatoes.

Now all that remains is to put a lid on the lettuce and cooling. Oh, and of course, eating!
