Egg Salad Sandwich - Fresh summer salad, perfect for a picnic or beach

Have you ever tried an egg salad sandwich? Honestly I had never heard of an egg salad - much less an egg salad sandwich - to try this recipe. Or, well, maybe I have heard of an egg salad - but never tried it, and never heard of egg salad sandwiches. 100% honest.

Let's go to what an egg salad sandwich is composed, basically. The base of this dish is dressing, boiled eggs and chopped onion (I was in specific amounts for each ingredient, but it will in the recipe).

If you're new to the kitchen, is likely to experiment with new foods. If you're new to the kitchen, is likely to experiment with new kitchen - and if you do you're probably new to base its firing experiments. Is it true ..? Why? I guess because people are afraid of failure - a failure. They prefer to be "good enough" on the "no", but not the only way to be the exception.

Anyway - enough of philosophical ramblings ...

What I wanted to go on an outing, of course, is that - apart from the base of egg salad - you get into the salad to taste. Why? Because you like. Good enough reason not.

You obviously want to use eggs. How much? It is up to you, but an egg sandwich for work. What most people use, must accompany the eggs in this dish is the onions. But as said, if you want to use other things: celery, bell pepper, chopped carrots, mushrooms all work (and probably many more). Other ingredients can be put in salads or bread before salad is any type of deli meat, cheeses of all kinds, smoked salmon (and probably many more).

Usually the sauce is mayonnaise used. Of course, you can use other things to decorate it. Here are some examples: parsley, oregano, basil, paprika. Some vegetables that accompany this salad are: tomato, lettuce, cucumber and sprouts of all kinds.
