Step 1: Do not drink diet for life

Step 3: Stay away from fast food, Soda-Pop, and Alcohol. 

One of the main responsible for the accumulation of abdominal fat is that processed foods, fast food, alcohol and soft drinks. First of all processed foods often contain chemicals, preservatives and additives have been shown to cause weight gain in people, especially in the stomach. Fast food is loaded with calories and a normal portion, which an individual can consume in a day-to see lots of large size and the amount of fat you put in your body. Alcohol is metabolized slowly and leave before other foods or nutrients consumed. Moreover, the alcohol, when combined with fruit juices and other beverages are full of hidden calories. Soda-pop is full of sugar and caffeine. If you drink more than a couple of sodas a day, you eat calories and sugars that are easily the most part, if your stomach fat.

No evidence of fire secret to losing belly fat, but there are ways to lose belly fat without starving yourself and making small changes that accumulate. Little things can play an important role in why you have belly fat, and small changes that make each day can cause you to have a flat stomach, thinner and more muscular.
